		<description>I&#039;m certain that she&#039;s pleading the fifth precisely because Libby was convicted recently. It shows that the administration can&#039;t get away with everything. And, frankly, given what&#039;s come out recently, I think there&#039;s a very real possibility that she or others could be brought up on criminal charges. Not that she should get to plead the fifth in front of Congress, since as you say, it&#039;s not a criminal trial. But, who&#039;s going to argue that?
