		<description>I just can&#039;t express how disappointed I am in the vote and the bill as a whole. Of course, since I used to write the letters on behalf of Senators, I know exactly how they&#039;ll spin it. But, I couldn&#039;t do it now.

		<description>Definitely - the spin is already beginning.  I loved the way Clinton and Obama showed up to cast their votes against the bill *after the bill had already passed* -- that&#039;s exactly the kind of politically calculating spinelessness that we don&#039;t need.
